Yoga Nidra Workshop in Chelsea
Also known as “Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a meditative relaxation technique that guides the practitioner into a deep state of ease, promoting self-healing through guided awareness and observation. This workshop will include some easy movement and pranayama (breathing practices). As you will be lying down for a long period of time, please feel free to bring pillows or other forms of support so that you can relax into stillness against the ground.

Yin and Sound Bath Workshop
Join Jodi and Alexandra for a Yin Yoga & Sound Bath workshop, featuring Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls. The first part of the workshop will be a restorative Yin Yoga practice where poses will be held for longer periods of time, while accompanied by sound. We’ll then move into a meditative sound bath with hands on adjustments. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!
